Chef Danielle started her catering company at early age delivering cakes and great simple food. Now, after she gained experience around the world, she along with her husband/business partner Alessandro Zecca are taking this company to the next level.

Alessandro is a native of Verona Italy, with an equally delectable cultural inheritance. He traveled from Europe to NYC, where after gaining some experience, he took over as owner/manager of an old Italian restaurant in the Upper East Side in 2012, Vespa.

This is where the duo met, Chef Danielle ran the kitchen and Alessandro the floor. Quickly the restaurant gained a good notoriety in the neighborhood , being nominated in 2013 and 2014 as "Neighbor's Gem" thru Open Table, Yelp and other online platform.

After this venture, they had opportunities in sunny California, where together are now operating this catering company.

Eat Your heart Out is specialized in making every event unique,with homemade food and farm fresh ingredients and now we can deliver also unique cocktails and/or a wine pairing to go with your menu.

We can provide most famous cuisine, French, Italian, Mexican, Spanish, Thai, or you could leave it up to us to surprise you with our unique menus and ideas.

A simple spread... with Tomahawk and Lob

Our Packages are designed to be a quick and easy way for you to see curated menus and pricing.

Of course, you are welcome to use these packages as a starting point for your order and then to we can customize from there.

Our basic packages are the most budget friendly, but we can add to them to include everything from beverage to dessert and something to please everyone’s palate.

We are happy to set up everything in a simple buffet, we can also re-plate items for you on your own platters. If our platters are needed it is an additional cost, as well if plates and eating utensils are needed, we can provide disposable and either biodegradable or regular paper, products prices vary.
